Approx DOB: December xxxx My first contact with Ashes was when he was trapped as part of a TNR effort in the neighborhood. Normally he would have been released after being neutered to pretty much fend for himself, however, this little guy was friendly and loved being rubbed. He always leaned into the rub to get more. So we fostered him for FFN and he was soon adopted. Sadly after about 7 1/2 years he was returned for having some accidents while his family was away for the weekend. So now he is back with us. He seems to be his old sweet self and still loves to be rubbed. He doesn't feel comfortable being picked up, but enjoys being brushed. Ashes has the softest fur and a relaxing purr. Currently, Ashes is confined to a small area and has been using his litter box. It would probably be easiest for Ashes to move into a quiet home without other cats and dogs since he was an only child for 7 1/2 years. He is slowly getting used to being back in his foster home, he is not hiding under the furniture anymore, but he is still separated from the other kitties and dogs in the home. This kitty has had his initial vaccinations, de-worming, flea/tick preventative, has tested negative for FeLV/FIV, and has been micro-chipped and altered.
