Posted 8/23/xxxx. This dog is with the Central Pennsylvania Animal Alliance (CPAA) and is not a Furry Friends Network (FFN) dog. Adoption applications will be processed by FFN, however all decisions regarding this dog are made by CPAA. Jack is a sweet boxer-mix who is around 1 year old. After surviving a brush with Parvovirus as a puppy, this handsome guy rebounded quickly and was adopted, but then returned by the family through no fault of his own. Jack is full of happy energy and would do best in a home with experienced dog owners and in an adults-only household since his energy can be too much for young children to handle. He is hoping to find someone dedicated to making sure he receives enough exercise and stimulation, and someone who will continue his obedience training. He likes to show off how smart he is! He already knows commands such as sit, touch, shake, high-five and can even close your cabinet doors if you need a hand around the house! His current foster family is also working on the down, belly, spin and stay commands. Jack is neutered, microchipped, up-to-date on his shots and is housebroken/crate trained. He loves peanut butter, his Wobble Kong, belly rubs, car rides and jogs or walks with his foster mom and dad. Jack gets along with most dogs provided that they are properly introduced.
